Are you ready to lead from the front?

We’re seeking a Site Manager to drive the success of our Oil Management Unit (OMU), delivering vital operations that keep the electricity transmission network running reliably. This role is based at our site in Dartford, your daily commute should be within 60 mins of site.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a skilled team of 10 professionals, including LGV drivers, plant operatives, and waste treatment specialists. You’ll be responsible for managing complex oil handling projects within substation environments, ensuring high standards of safety, environmental protection, and quality assurance. You’ll create a cohesive team culture, inspire performance, and maintain compliance with waste permits, Technically Competent Manager (TCM) requirements, and WAMITAB qualifications.

We’re looking for proven leadership experience and a track record of delivering projects safely and effectively. Your ability to motivate teams and uphold the highest standards will be essential to this role. Pay and Benefits

  • A starting salary of £59,030 to £63,690 pa including allowance + Paid overtime
  • 37 Hours per week Mon - Fri, occasional weekend work
  • Training and Development.
  • 26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days.
