We are looking for a Waste Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst to join the Waste Integrated Business Planning Team at Thames Water permanently.
The newly established Waste Integrated Business Planning Team will become a ‘Team Thames’ capability to own and maintain the business plan for the Waste business at Thames Water across the AMP, Annual and Quarterly planning horizons.
The overall purpose of this team is to enable optimisation of spend across the Waste business to maximise performance across operational, environmental, customer and financial domains; ensuring senior leaders across the Waste business have the resources they need to deliver exceptional outcomes.
The Waste Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst role will be a critical position within the team, providing information flow from delivery activity in the business into Integrated Business Plan performance reporting. They play a pivotal role in providing analysis and insight that drives data-driven decision-making to optimise the integrated business plan.
The role has a focus on performance reporting, scenario modelling and insights rather than data engineering, but an amount of activity will be needed to source the data required to fuel the required key analysis. The role will also need to effectively communicate with stakeholders, support core PMO governance processes, and provide progress monitoring and management processes.
