The role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy office. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, supporting teams, and maintaining a well-functioning office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming phone calls professionally
  2. Performing general office duties including photocopying, printing, and managing emails
  3. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across systems and spreadsheets
  4. Generating and formatting reports as required
  5. Monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage as needed
  6. Collecting, logging, and distributing staff and client feedback
  7. Managing bookings and scheduling requirements
  8. Maintaining stock levels and ordering office supplies and PPE
  9. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes
  10. Providing general administrative support as required
