Job summary

SUEZ is recruiting at Knowle Hill Recycling Centre in Exmouth for a customer services role within the site team. You will help members of the public use the site and maximise recovery of materials, with full PPE provided and ongoing health and safety training.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts 08:30–16:30, Wednesday to Sunday, and rest days Monday and Tuesday. A monthly site performance bonus and holiday entitlement are included.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to cover holiday and sick days.
• Potential to gain IOSH health qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advise the public on site use to maximise material recovery.
• Maintain accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
• Coordinate container exchanges and booking loads to keep space available.
• Keep the site tidy within own areas of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and welfare duties.
• Co-operate with colleagues to comply with site permit and policies.
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested within the job scope.
