Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a full-time Refuse and Recycling Operative to join the Stevenage Direct Services team. The role covers residential and commercial collections, as well as bulky waste, with opportunities for job share and part-time work on full-time vacancies.

This full-time role sits in the Stevenage Direct Services team at Stevenage Borough Council, running refuse and recycling operations. The work covers household and commercial collections, plus bulky waste from homes and businesses. Job share and part-time working are open on full-time vacancies. Prior industry experience is desirable rather than essential, and team working, problem-solving and attention to detail decide fit.
