Blackpointrecruitment is seeking a Refuse Loader/Waste Operative for ASAP start in Bexleyheath, working on residential routes. Outdoor, physically demanding role requiring safety boots and good English for effective communication. Immediate starts and potential temp-to-perm progression.

The position offers early shifts with 5:30–14:48 approx, weekly pay, and on-site parking with a national waste management company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collecting refuse, recycling, and garden waste materials.
• Loading waste onto collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Supporting drivers as a drivers mate / loader.
• Following all health & safety procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents.
• Assisting with general street and waste collection duties.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
