Job summary

StarCity Entertainment in Birmingham is seeking energetic Cleaning Team Members to help maintain a vibrant, safe and welcoming venue.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, 6am to 2pm, across FOH and BOH spaces, reporting to the Duty Manager. The role offers £12.85 per hour and requires a friendly, reliable approach, attention to detail and a proactive mindset to support colleagues and guests. Responsibilities

• Maintain & clean the BOH areas.
• Maintaining safe and clean FOH & BOH areas.
• Supporting the cleaning team with daily tasks when required following the cleaning schedule set by management.
• Reports to the Duty Manager.
• Work alongside the cleaning team.
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests, tenants, and contractors.
