• Deliver education and behaviour-change activities through community engagement, roadshows, presentations and local initiatives to boost recycling participation.
• Provide accurate advice on the Council's waste and recycling services, including collection arrangements, recyclable materials, food waste and containers.

What you will do:

• Undertake targeted visits and interventions with residents referred to the Waste Minimisation & Recycling Team, offering practical advice on reducing, reusing, and recycling household waste.
• Investigate recurring waste presentation issues, such as excess waste, working constructively with residents to identify barriers and construct appropriate solutions.
• Deliver educational and behaviour-change activities through community engagement, roadshows, presentations, and other local initiatives to boost recycling participation.
• Provide accurate advice on the Council's waste and recycling services, including collection arrangements, recyclable materials, food waste, and appropriate use of containers.
