Location: Dingwall
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £30,266 - £33,579 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The postholder will be required to assist with the management of the Highland Council's Business Waste Collection Service by:

  • Responding to all customer enquiries ensuring that excellent customer care standards are maintained at all times
  • Assisting with business development priorities by identifying new business opportunities, promoting the service and helping to develop the customer experience.

This will be a dynamic and fast-paced role working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Requirements

The postholder may be expected to travel between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service. This will include programmed early morning, occasional weekend / evening working. Possession of a clean driving licence is therefore required.
