Job summary

Veolia UK in Tonbridge is recruiting for a driver to support our waste management operations. The role involves daily driving to collection sites, data entry in the onboard system, and securing loads in compliance with regulations. Flexibility with early starts is required due to shift patterns.

Salary is competitive at £44,744.15 per annum with Veolia benefits, and a 48-hour week from Monday to Friday. This is a hands-on frontline role supporting local communities and sustainable resource

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 (Cat C) driving licence.
• Up-to-date CPC.
• Digi / Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Driving to planned collection locations and moving / emptying multiple commercial waste containers.
• Ensuring all information is input into the onboard system and all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily.
• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per the driver operator handbook.
• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including weight of loads.
