Job summary

Veolia in the United Kingdom is looking for a driver to join our Hampshire fleet. You will collect waste from Transfer Stations and Household Waste Recycling Centres, drive and load, and operate vehicles safely in line with UK rules.

The role offers a 42.5-hour week, a salary of £34,636.85 plus overtime, 25 days of annual leave, pension access and ongoing training opportunities. CPC and Tachograph cards are required.

Qualifications

• Class 1 licence and experience required.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digi/Tachograph card required.

Responsibilities

• Collect waste from Transfer Stations and HWRCs across Hampshire.
• Drive and load the vehicle assigned to you.
• Operate vehicles in line with UK traffic regulations ensuring safety.
• Check the condition of your vehicle.
• Keep paperwork up to date and handed in daily.
