Job summary

Veolia Group in Lincoln is seeking a professional Driver to join our waste collection fleet. You will drive to planned collection locations, move and empty containers, and perform daily vehicle checks in line with the driver operator handbook.

We offer 22 days annual leave, pension access, and wellbeing support. Essential licences include Cat C, CPC Tachograph; desirable Cat C+E. This role is full-time, 48 hours per week, starting 04:00-06:00, with competitive annual salary.

Qualifications

• Cat C (Class 2) licence required.
• Up to date driver CPC Digi / Tachograph card required.
• Desirable: Cat C+E Licence.
• Desirable: Skips / RORO experience.
• Desirable: FEL Experience.
• Desirable: RCV Experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move/empty multiple waste containers.
• Lift bins of all weights and sizes as required.
• Complete daily checks of the vehicle per the driver operator handbook.
• Input all information into the onboard system and keep paperwork up to date.
• Comply with traffic laws and secure loads; ensure carriageway is left clean.
