Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Gaydon is seeking a Waste Operative to ensure the smooth running of cleaning and waste management operations. The role involves carrying out cleaning duties, ensuring compliance with safe practices, and moving waste to correct locations. Ideal candidates will have the right to work in the UK and experience with cleaning and balers is preferred. Training will be provided, and own transport is required due to shift times.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience with working with balers is preferred but training will be provided.
• Cleaning experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Current FLT licence is desirable.
• Experience in moving waste is desirable.
• Own transport required due to site location and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of baler machines in your area.
• Assist with rectifying and reporting any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safe working practices and procedures.
• Carry out cleaning duties and general housekeeping.
• Ensure waste is moved to correct locations across the site.
