Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning and Waste Operative to ensure the smooth running of baler and waste operations on site. You will perform cleaning duties, move waste across the site, and help uphold safe working practices and company procedures.

Training on baler machines will be provided. The role requires Right to Work in the UK, with balers and cleaning experience preferred; training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience with balers is preferred; training provided if necessary.
• Cleaning experience is preferred; training provided if necessary.
• Current FLT licence desirable.
• Experience in moving waste desirable.
• You’ll need your own transport due to site location and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of baler machines in your area (training will be provided).
• Assist with rectifying and reporting any issues arising.
• Ensure safe working practices and company procedures are always complied with.
• Carry out cleaning duties and general housekeeping of the baler area.
• Ensuring waste is moved to correct locations across site.
