Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a candidate to manage incoming loads, oversee the acceptance process and optimise waste routing and site efficiency. You will provide site technical assessments to support the Management team’s growth strategy.

This role requires compliance with BMS procedures for waste acceptance and recording, with work predominantly outdoors on site. Strong IT skills and effective communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC standard in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Organised and forward-thinking manner.
• IT literate, including use of MS Office suite.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Organising incoming loads and the inspection/acceptance process to maintain high standards.
• Organise incoming waste routing, diversion and maximise efficiency; provide site technical assessment services for site growth.
• Fully comply with the BMS procedure for acceptance and recording of incoming wastes including recyclates.
• Work outdoors on site.
• Support and control analytical testing and EA/UU technical issues.
• Ensure operations align with BMS, ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
• Raise non-conformances on incoming loads; generate load/dispatch paperwork.
