W Talent is recruiting a Buyer to support a busy procurement function in a manufacturing environment. You will place and manage purchase orders, expedite materials, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet production demands.

The role requires SAP ERP experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. This is an interim/contract position based on-site in Warwick.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Buyer / Procurement / Materials Planning role
• Background within a manufacturing or technical environment
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP essential) and MRP processes
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to push back and influence stakeholders
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Responsabilités

• Place and manage purchase orders for materials and components
• Challenge and influence stakeholders to meet delivery timelines
• Review demand and coordinate with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
• Act as a key contact for suppliers, resolving delivery and invoice queries
• Monitor supplier performance and support improvements where required
• Manage inventory levels using ERP/MRP systems
