A leading insurance and asset management company in London is seeking a Warranty Sales Co-ordinator to enhance warranty and assistance policy renewals through effective telephone sales and customer service. Job Title: Warranty Sales Co-ordinator
Reporting To: Financial Products Sales Manager
Department: Finance & Insurance Operations
To increase warranty and assistance policy renewals by utilising your sales skills when handling telephone sales enquiries and customer service calls, and updating systems accordingly. To ensure all processes and procedures comply with FSA requirements.
Shifts are between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm Saturdays (35 hours within these hours). Due to the nature of this position, hours may vary in line with business needs.
