Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Process warranty return requests from customers and ensure compliance with company policies.

  2. Coordinate with customer, logistics, and technical support teams to facilitate the return process.

  3. Arrange inspection of returned products to determine the validity of warranty claims.

  4. Maintain accurate records of all warranty returns and related documentation.

  5. Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty returns and provide updates as needed.

  6. Analyse warranty return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  7. Assist in development and implementing policies and procedures for warranty returns.

  8. Work with the accounts team to resolve any financial queries.

  9. Ensure compliance with security requirements, including information security, data protection, and prototype protection, to maintain the highest standards of information security at the level required by our customers.

  10. Support all company and department activities associated with meeting the goal in the “Presidents Message”.

  11. Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts, participate in continuous improvement and GEAR activities.

  12. Follow all general procedures as indicated in the General Procedures section of the Level 3 Procedures Manual.

  13. Support and adhere to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management systems (e.g. TS 16949, ISO 9001:2014).

  14. Maintain working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.

  15. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
