We’re working with a leading name in the marine industry to recruit a Warranty Project Manager. This is a customer-focused and coordination-heavy role, perfect for someone with technical understanding and strong organisational skills.
This position is all about making sure warranty issues are handled smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for boat owners and skippers whose vessels fall outside of the company’s core aftersales locations, often managing repairs internationally. You'll coordinate logistics, liaise with technicians and subcontractors, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process. It’s a role that requires excellent communication skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects across time zones. You’ll work closely with the wider Aftersales and Technical teams to ensure all warranty work is properly logged, reported and followed up both with the customer and the manufacturer.
