Role And Responsibilities

• To input Warranty and extended warranty claims.
• Monitor debts, work in progress and parts returns.
• monitor and action service notifications.
• ensure all manufacturer expectations and requirements are met throughout.
• To deliver exceptional professionalism, ensuring claims are compliant with Manufacturers terms and conditions.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have fantastic attention to detail.
• Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
• Have good telephone and communication skills.
• Kerridge experience and useful knowledge of Microsoft Office.
