North Oxford Garage is looking for a Warranty Administrator.

Your role

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and looking to build your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team!

Our mission is to deliver outstanding automotive services and to help us do that we're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to help us continue delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all BMW warranty requirements, systems and standards.
  • To be responsible for accurate Warranty work and to ensure that parts exchanged are returned for claim when required.
  • Ensure Technicians retain Parts for warranty return when required.
  • To ensure procedures are completed as per the warranty handbook.
  • To approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately with the Workshop Manager.
  • Present warranty claims invoices for payment to BMW (GB) Ltd providing explanation of charges when required.
  • Ensure that all claim queries are resolved in a timely manner.
