My client is recruiting for a Warranty Administrator for their showroom located in Milton Keynes. They are part of a nationwide company with fantastic benefits and performance incentives.

Warranty Administrator Role:

- Manage the warranty process within the service department by collaborating closely with both advisors and management
- Oversee all warranty claims within the department to ensure all paperwork complies with both group and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in general administration tasks
- Bring a solid background in warranty administration or service administration

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a main dealer warranty administrator or service administrator
- Proficient knowledge of the 1Link and/or Kerridge systems
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
