Job summary

AM Phillip Trucktech is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team in Forfar. You will process warranty claims, liaise with manufacturers, and ensure procedures align with company and manufacturer standards.

The role requires accuracy, strong organisation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with close collaboration with service and parts departments to resolve warranty issues.

• Work closely with the service and parts departments to resolve warranty issues.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Forfar.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims accurately, liaising with manufacturers, and ensuring all warranty procedures are completed in line with company and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and systems.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

You must be eligible to work in the UK and be a resident. Please note that sponsorships are not available.
