Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Warrant Field Agent in a self-employed capacity across the UK. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time engagement with a guaranteed daily rate and opportunities to manage on-site teams and operational activity.

Responsibilities include executing warrants, leading personnel, and ensuring compliance with FCA and data protection regulations. Prior field-based experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related security/operational role.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if working within the London ULEZ zone.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• Ability to work independently and lead on-site teams while complying with regulations.

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK.
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks visibility of scheduled work.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation on operations and performance.
• Identify and resolve disputes in line with procedures.

Warrant Officer – Self-Employed

Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time

Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)

About the Role

As a Warrant Field Agent, you will be responsible for executing court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK. This is a pioneering self-employed role offering flexibility, guaranteed daily rates, and clear visibility of upcoming work.

You will operate independently while leading on-site teams and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, FCA rules, data protection requirements, and company policies
• Conduct operational assessments and evaluations to improve effectiveness
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance
• Identify, manage, and resolve disputes in line with agreed procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve operational objectives

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Work as many days as you choose (minimum of 2 weekdays per week)

• Monday to Friday and/or Saturdays (subject to client operating hours)

Requirements
