Job summary

Engage Services in the UK is seeking a Warrant Field Agent for a self-employed, flexible role across residential and commercial properties. You will execute warrants, lead on-site teams and ensure operations comply with all regulatory requirements.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant field experience, a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle with business insurance, and a clean DBS/credit history.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Warrant Field Agent or related enforcement roles.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if London area is involved.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties.
• Recover utility arrears and perform meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise and lead on-site teams, including locksmiths, engineers and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection and company policies.
• Conduct operational assessments and prepare reports on performance.
• Identify, manage and resolve disputes per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet objectives.

Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130-£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)

About The Role

As a Warrant Field Agent, you will be responsible for executing court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK. This is a pioneering self-employed role offering flexibility, guaranteed daily rates, and clear visibility of upcoming work.

You will operate independently while leading on-site teams and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Work as many days as you choose (minimum of 2 weekdays per week)

• Monday to Friday and/or Saturdays (subject to client operating hours)

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles).
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (if working within the London ULEZ zone)

CCJs may be considered where satisfactory repayment arrangements are in place
