A leading UK-based field services company is seeking an organised and proactive Warrant & Revenue Account Manager to oversee the execution of Rights of Entry warrants and revenue recovery activities. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days per week from the Head Office and the remainder remotely, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily scheduling and completion of warrant-related visits, including debt collection, inspections, and meter exchanges.
- Provide real-time guidance and support to Field Representatives during warrant executions.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of planned visits.
- Monitor and track warrant performance, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures.
- Ensure visits comply with regulatory and client requirements, addressing vulnerabilities and safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, updating internal systems with real-time visit outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute reports detailing warrant execution results for internal and client use.
- Assist with performance tracking and continuous improvement of warrant processes.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients and field teams, providing updates and resolving escalations.
- Adhere to all company policies, industry guidelines, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills with accurate data entry and system management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- Previous experience in customer service, debt collection, or conflict resolution (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience in the utilities sector or warrant-related operations is an advantage.
- Confident in handling telephone communications, including challenging conversations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
