Poundstretcher is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a busy store in the UK. You’ll craft a shopping experience that keeps customers returning, while driving sales, managing costs, and delivering strong KPI performance.

You’ll inspire and develop your team, oversee visual merchandising, health & safety, stock control, and working with our pension and benefits program to reward excellence. If you’re ambitious and customer-focused, join us.

Formación

• Proven experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to coach and develop staff for performance.
