Job summary

Poundstretcher is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store in the UK. You will own the shopping experience, coach the team, and deliver strong results in sales and customer satisfaction.

You’ll balance cost control with great merchandising, develop staff, ensure safety standards, and maintain high store standards. This role rewards initiative and commercial thinking with a supportive benefits package.
