Welcome Break Ramada hotel in South Mimms is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to be the friendly face guests see first and the helpful voice they hear last. Immediate start with flexible part-time hours and an hourly rate of up to £12.85, plus £1 meals on every shift.

You’ll handle check-ins/outs, bookings, and guest requests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming stay. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team with opportunities for progression and on-site discounts across brands.

• Ability to stay calm and professional under busy conditions
• Good organisation for bookings and payments

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure guests have what they need for a great stay
• Handle bookings and payments, answer calls and guest questions, keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
• Follow health & safety and security procedures, complete checks as trained, and address guest issues quickly and confidently
