Welcome Break's Ramada hotel in Boxworth is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to greet guests and manage front desk duties. Immediate start available with flexible part-time hours and overtime if you want it.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, take bookings and payments, answer calls, and keep the reception area welcoming and tidy. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team at a busy service-focused site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a guest-facing role.
• Able to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
• Willing to learn new systems; full training provided.
