Responsibilities

• Welcoming presence: greet visitors with warmth and professionalism at the reception.
• Administrative support: assist the Business Administrator and support the Customer Relationship Manager with sales enquiries and home tours.
• Mail management: ensure residents receive their post promptly and handle outgoing mail daily.
• Training coordination: help coordinate training within the home and inform the team about available courses.
