**The Opportunity**Design, develop, and execute strategic and analytic wargames that help defense and intelligence clients explore courses of action, assess complex operational challenges, and test assumptions in a structured, data‐informed environment. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of wargame development, from problem framing and research design to scenario construction, facilitation, data collection, analysis, and production of decision‐quality outputs.You will work across a wide range of mission sets in the defense and intelligence enterprise, integrating insights from operational analysis, modeling and simulation, and subject‐matter expertise. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
