Job description

Commercial Dishwasher Engineer
Manchester, Liverpool
£38,000–£42,000

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Weekend Rota: 12 Saturdays and 4 Sundays annually
Door-to-Door Pay: Earn from the moment you leave home
33 days Holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service)
Van & Fuel Card

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on commercial warewash equipment, including dishwashers and glasswashers
  • Diagnose and repair faults on-site, ensuring a high first-time fix rate
  • Work with customers across a wide range of sectors including hospitality, education, healthcare, and government buildings
  • Collaborate with the scheduling and technical support teams
  • Maintain accurate service reports and follow company processes
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant Experience: Hands-on work with commercial warewashing or catering appliances
  • Electrical Competence: Experience with both single and 3-phase equipment (18th Edition or NVQ Level 3 preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and fault-finding abilities
  • Communication: Confident dealing with a wide variety of customers
  • IT Skills: Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Required for travel
