Job Overview

We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse / Yard Supervisor to join our team in Berkeley. You will lead an experienced team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Maximising sales through excellent customer service
• Maintaining high standards in the warehouse
• Management experience with stock control
• Daily planning, organisation, and follow-up of warehouse activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to use initiative
• Handling customer queries effectively
• Knowledge of relevant H&S legislation
• Physically demanding role involving regular lifting (up to 25kg) following manual handling procedures
• Working in all weather conditions: spring, summer, autumn, winter

Please note, due to the nature of our products, this position involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting.

You should be positive, friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver excellent customer service. If you have an interest in agriculture or the outdoors, this could be the right job for you!
