Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for a Warehouse & Yard Operative in Chippenham on a full-time basis. You will support busy warehouse processes, move materials, load/unload goods, and prepare orders for dispatch in a safe, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within warehousing, manufacturing or yard environments.
• Confidence using tools and related equipment.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting warehouse processes within a busy working environment.
• Moving materials and stock around the warehouse and yard.
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Using a jet wash to clean equipment and yard areas.
• Completing general warehouse and yard duties.
• Carrying out stock checks and basic documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
