Job description

Driver Hire Newcastle & Sunderland is looking to recruit a warehouse operative for one of our clients in Newcastle upon Tyne running until at least October, with the potential for permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for picking and packing medication, receiving the medication in from deliveries, and putting this in the correct place in the warehouse. You will be helping to maintain the highest standards in a fast-paced and vital environment. Full training will be provided, you will be monitored through the training period on your progress to see if you are the right fit for the role.

The right candidates will be flexible with hours. You will be working 6 days out of 7 with Saturday's off. Shifts vary from 0700-1500, 1400-2200 mid week and 0800-1300 on a Sunday.

Rates of pay are £12.21 per hour on a day rate. Pay increases to £14.00 per hour after 1800. Sunday is paid at £20.00 per hour (PAYE).
