Role Overview:
Supporting the inventory manager and shift managers with all stock movements and stock information.
Main Accountabilities:
- Provide accurate stock information.
- Organise and control the stock items coming in and out of the depot.
- Work with all levels of management and team members to deliver an efficient and well-managed stock system.
- Provide daily general updates to management.
- Identify potential stock or quality issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve quality and reduce costs related to control duties.
- Complete a wide range of stock control duties.
- Check control and integrity of stock.
- Ensure the system and physical stock match; investigate and reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide ad-hoc or regular reports for the customer as required.
- Analyze issues to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain product safety and quality standards.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as requested by your manager, such as supporting other contracts or hygiene duties.
