Our Special Operations teams support the implementation of Lineage preferred warehouse management processes and systems. We are looking to hire operational specialists in warehousing, inventory & office to work across our network of UK sites.

The role can be based anywhere in the UK; regular travel to our locations across the UK should be expected. Some travel to the US/Europe for training and learning may be required.

Who We Are Looking For

Working within a high performing team of specialists; you will need to be the subject matter expert (SME) in all things relating to warehouse operations (putaway, pick, marshalling, loading, rework etc.) at the site in relation to a 3PL environment.

You will help managers and other specialist colleagues in the development of a fit for purpose special ops ‘playbook’ but will also enjoy using your experience to help others learn and be successful.

You will play an important role in implementing new warehouse management system; this means having strong operational expertise; but also, an ability to communicate with our stakeholders at all levels across the business.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Detailed knowledge of core warehousing processes
  • The ability to troubleshoot process defects
  • Strong understanding of Inventory controls
  • To be able to work with stakeholders to understand ways of operating and identify opportunities to improve things
  • To Have a passion for training people and be able to adapt to meet the needs of the group
  • Capability to seek opportunity beyond the immediate role, pro-actively problem solving & ideating across multiple operational functions
  • The ability to travel and work away from home for extended periods of time, especially in the run up to Go Live
