Pay Rate: £28,909.21 + £6,031 shift allowance + £2860.08 trainer allowance - per annum
Grade: RCS CA
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Night shift, 4on 4off - 18:00pm until 05:30am
Location: Daventry

We're now looking for a Warehouse Trainer.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To carry out Induction Training for all new staff
• To ensure statutory training is up to date and meets the legal requirements, including Heath & Safety, Fire and COSHH.
• To maintain up to date and accurate training records for all employees.
• To conduct training for new starters and refresher training for existing colleagues on Warehouse systems and procedures.
• To provide training on all Warehouse equipment and MHE.
• Working with site H&S, HR & all Warehouse Management to achieve training targets.
  
  

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have previous warehouse experience as this is essential
• Experience using a reachtruck or counterbalance truck
• Previous experience of training within a warehouse environment is preferable
• Manual handling experience is essential
• Strong communication skills required, with the ability to read and write in English
