Job summary

Midwich Limited is seeking a hands-on Lighting Equipment Technician to prepare and thoroughly test lighting gear prior to dispatch, and to maintain and service equipment to ensure peak performance.

You will organise inventory, manage rentals with accuracy, and adapt to flexible hours including evenings and weekends during busy periods while delivering an industry-leading service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical competence and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience with lighting equipment is preferred, but not essential – we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
