Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Warehouse Technician in the Uxbridge area to support warehouse operations and assist the Warehouse Supervisor in meeting equipment delivery standards. Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, labeling, and packing orders; performing basic QC and maintaining equipment.

You will also assist with loading/unloading, fault finding, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years’ experience in warehouse environment.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong communication skills with other team members, site leadership team and internal and external customers.
Organisational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
Basic computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
Experience using an RF based WMS system (preferred).
Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

Inbound/Outbound Order Processing: receive, ship and label product; pack orders for delivery to venues or other warehouses.
Quality control and equipment inventory management.
Clean, test, maintain and repair equipment prior to delivery to site or venue.
Load and unload equipment to trucks.
Fault find and repair equipment; minimize downtime.
Notify Warehouse Supervisor of defective equipment and arrange schedule.
