Job summary

Simon Safety & Lifting Centre Ltd in Neyland, Pembrokeshire seeks a motivated Warehouse Technician / Delivery Driver to support the warehouse team, handling goods receipt, storage and despatch with accuracy.

The role requires lifting up to 20 kg, valid forklift licenses, and reliable communication; you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with training and potential career progression.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20kg and maintain good physical health.
• Forklift licences: Counterbalance and VNA.
• Literate and numerate with keen eye for detail for receiving and picking.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and teamwork.
• Proven warehousing experience (goods in, picking, goods out); production experience desirable.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow procedures safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock control and despatch.
• Make daily goods deliveries to customers and Simon Safety depot locations.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
• Ensure accurate stock management, space allocation and stock transfers.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and stock takes; maintain inventories.
• Maintain stock rotation and uphold high quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety policy and operate forklift safely.
• Support management with additional duties as required.
