Shifts alternate weekly: 07:00 – 15:30 or 10:30 – 19:00 Monday to Friday

We support critical rail projects across the UK, making sure our site teams get the specialist tools, equipment, and vehicles they need, when they need them. This isn’t your typical warehouse role. You’ll work with a wide variety of kit, help maintain our facilities, and play a key role in keeping projects moving on time and on budget. You’ll also be part of a supportive, close-knit team where your ideas are valued and your work makes a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles
  • Carrying out pre-use vehicle checks
  • Keeping our stores management system accurate and up to date
  • Labelling, tracking, and managing stock
  • Reporting and logging equipment damage or defects
  • Ensuring the warehouse stays safe, tidy, and organised
  • Making sure equipment is calibrated and serviced on schedule
  • Following processes for Goods In, Goods Out, and Quarantine
  • Supporting facilities maintenance
  • Updating the facility management system in real time
What We’re Looking For
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Great organisational skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items
  • Confident using a computer for basic admin tasks
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Forklift licence – desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
