The Company

Our client is a leading event production company specializing in high-end brand activations, exhibitions, and live event experiences for global clients. They excel in technical delivery, innovation, and creative design, and are currently looking for a Warehouse / Event Prep Technician to join their friendly team.

The Role

This busy role is based in the warehouse, where you will assist with prepping, testing, cleaning, and loading equipment for various jobs. You will ensure kit lists are completed promptly and that all items are operational, clean, and organized for each event. Responsibilities include checking equipment back in after events, noting shortages or damages, and loading/unloading. Some on-site support for setting up and load-in/load-out at venues may also be required.

About You

We are seeking a confident and articulate Technician with some knowledge of Audio Visual equipment, particularly in prep and testing. You should have a flexible and adaptable attitude, good IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A UK manual driving license is required, and experience with forklift operation is a plus. Due to the nature of the events industry, weekend work and longer hours may be necessary, with time off in lieu offered.
