Our client is a leading event production company specializing in high-end brand activations, exhibitions, and live event experiences for global clients. Known for technical excellence, innovation, and creative design, they are expanding and seeking a Warehouse / Event Prep Technician to join their friendly team.

The Role

This busy role is based in the warehouse, assisting with prepping, testing, cleaning, and loading equipment for various jobs. Responsibilities include managing kit lists, ensuring equipment is operational, clean, and ready for use, and checking equipment back in after events, noting shortages or damages. The role also involves loading and unloading equipment, with some on-site support for setting up and load-in/out at venues.

About You

We are looking for a confident, articulate Technician with some knowledge of Audio Visual equipment, particularly in prep and testing. A flexible, adaptable attitude, good IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. A UK manual driving license is required; forklift experience is a plus. Due to the event industry’s nature, weekend work and longer hours may be necessary, with time off in lieu offered.
