About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Lighting Technician to join our fast-paced rental warehouse in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes of the entertainment and events industry, ensuring our clients receive top-tier lighting equipment that's ready to perform.

What you will be doing in this role?

  • Prepare and thoroughly test lighting equipment prior to dispatch.
  • Maintain and service a wide range of lighting gear to ensure peak operational performance.
  • Organise inventory and manage equipment rentals with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends during busy periods.
  • Deliver an industry-leading service that exceeds customer expectations every time.

What you will bring to the role?

  • Strong technical competence and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience with lighting equipment is preferred, but not essential – we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
