A leading company is seeking a Warehouse Team Supervisor to oversee fulfillment operations. The role involves managing associates, ensuring safety, and optimizing processes to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
$5,000 Retention Bonus (paid $2,500 at 90 days of service and $2,500 at 180 days of service)
Rate: $60,000 - 70,000/Based on Experience
2nd Shift - 1:30pm Start/Monday-Friday

The Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor will partner with the other Fulfillment Center leadership to accomplish three goals: delight customers with outstanding service that exceeds expectations, drive cost out of the organization by creating efficient processes, and ensure a positive associate experience.
You will motivate and manage hourly associates to achieve performance goals, lead daily, weekly, and monthly planning, recommend improvements, participate in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluate department performance using operational reports. Collaboration with the Team Manager and other management is essential.
