Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is hiring a Warehouse Team Member for our Web Fulfilment and Store Picking teams. This seasonal contract covers shifts across a 35 or 40-hour week, with finish dates around late December to early January.

You will pick, pack and dispatch online orders and store deliveries, using handheld scanners and warehouse systems. A positive, detail‑oriented team player can thrive in our upbeat OB environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld terminals.
• Pack and dispatch orders to store deliveries and couriers.
• Prepare store picks and move items to appropriate bays.
• Dispatch orders via computer terminals and ensure proper labeling.
• Meet daily pick and pack targets.
• Assist with Click & Collect packing and store deliveries.
• Wrap items securely for courier shipments and store delivery.
• Maintain clean and tidy work area at all times.

Job description

We have an amazing opportunity to join Team OB as a Warehouse Team Member for our Web Fulfilment & Store Picking teams.

This role will be a seasonal contract, with contracts ending either on the 22nd December, 23rd December or 10th January 2026.

We have a range of shifts available across our warehouse, including:

35 Hours Per Week

• Tue - Sat (6:45 - 14:45)
• Sun - Thu (14:45 - 22:45)
• Sun - Thu (11:00 - 19:00)

40 Hours Per Week

• Sun - Thu (6:45 - 15:45)

Our Warehouse Team Members work efficiently and use strong attention to detail to ensure each online order and store delivery is picked, packed, and dispatched perfectly for our customers and teams in store.

More about the role …

Our Warehouse Team Members will:

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld terminals.
• Prepare and pack customer orders in line with OB's quality control standards.
• Prepare and pack the store picks into the appropriate bays in the Warehouse, ready for the Delivery Drivers to collect and load onto the delivery vans
• Use computer terminals to dispatch orders.
• Work to achieve pick and pack targets.
• Assist with packing and storing Click & Collect orders in the correct retail store allocated areas.
• Prepare, pack, and wrap items for couriers and/or store deliveries, including fragile products.
• Place picked and packed orders in the corresponding despatch locations (express shipping, standard and international packages).
• Wrap all courier store pallets, ensuring that all stock is correctly checked
• Check that additional stock or internal post is collected from the store pigeonholes, IBT crates, as well as smaller delivery stock such as cards and jewellery - place these in the relevant skates and bays for each store’s delivery
• Report any breakages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
