Role Title: Warehouse Team Member / FLT Driver

Annual Salary: £24,628.22 with a monthly shift allowance of £400.21

Working Hours: Double Day shiftMonday – Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm. 37 hours with a green, yellow, red period payback. (Green Period – 8 hours Monday to Friday, Yellow Period – 6 hours Monday – Friday, Red Period is Monday – Thursday with Friday payback – off work.)

What will this role achieve?

We are looking for three Warehouse Team Members / FLT Drivers which are a permanent positions in the Warehouse. As a Warehouse Team Member / FLT Driver your main responsibility is to receive raw materials and packaging into the Warehouse and supply the factory with goods and load and unload vehicles.

The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in the Warehouse whilst working as part of a dynamic team.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Support the production plan effectively with quality being the priority.

• Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely.

• Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.

• Deliver products to the defined standard specifications.

• Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

• Deliver the Warehouse plan to maintain customer service levels.

• Demonstrate good communication skill.

• Delivering the ingredients and packaging to factories using the Fork Lift Trucks

• Physical role – walking around the factories/ office/ Warehouse.

• Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Bring your experience

Essential

• Have an in-date Counterbalance and PPT license.

• Have an understanding of good manufacturing practices, HACCP and safety at work procedures.

• Have experience in stock taking

• Will demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude to change.

• Be able to multi-task and have the drive and tenacity to work under your own initiative

• Maintain high standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.

Desirable

• Understand zonal Key Performance Indicators

What does the recruitment process consist of?

Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude and a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 60 minutes to complete.

Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
