Job description

We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Team Member to join Team OB in our Warehouse in Andover.

The shift pattern for this role is Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Our Warehouse is located at Unit 2, 40 Stephenson Close, East Portway Industrial Estate, Andover, SP10 3RU.

As a Warehouse Team Member, your responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound tasks, accurately receiving stock, and ensuring the Warehouse Management System (WMS) reflects the stock received. You will also be picking and packing stock for website orders and store deliveries.

Using handheld devices, you will count stock daily, report discrepancies or damages, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet KPIs. All orders must adhere to OB quality standards.

More about the role …

As an OB Warehouse Team Member, you will:

1. Receive stock daily and update stock levels in the warehouse and system.
2. Count received stock accurately and check for damages.
3. Unload containers manually.
4. Use Android/Windows scanners for picking store and customer orders.
5. Ensure all outgoing stock is accurate and properly documented.
6. Dispatch orders using the computer system.
7. Assist with packing and storing click & collect orders in designated store areas.
8. Prepare, pack, and wrap items for courier delivery, including fragile products.
9. Place picked and packed orders in dispatch areas according to service type (express, standard, international).
